Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team in crafting and executing restaurant-specific Customer Service strategies, aligning with national objectives.
  • Lead a team of Hospitality Leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality, effective sales techniques, merchandising standards, and adherence to restaurant policies.
  • Evaluate restaurant Customer Service using analytical tools and site visits; identify opportunities and optimize Guest-focused resources to boost sales and operational efficiency.
  • Initiate and assess new programs and initiatives that influence business performance and profitability in consultation with the Operations team.
  • Proactively anticipate and address the needs of employees and Guests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations, continuously seeking to enhance the Guest experience through collaboration with the Operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated management or leadership experience with a proven track record in developing and guiding teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality sector.
  • Ability to engage with various levels within the organization.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building enduring relationships.
  • Interpersonal skills to foster a culture centered on Guest Experience.
  • Capability to navigate challenging situations while maintaining positive relations with Guests.
  • Commitment to enhancing the Guest experience through proactive anticipation of needs.
  • A personal vehicle is necessary for travel during the workday.

Work Environment:

The role will primarily be in restaurant settings, with potential evening and weekend hours. Travel will be within the market area, with occasional trips outside the area for workshops or training sessions.
