Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement tailored Customer Service strategies for each restaurant, aligning with our national objectives.
  • Lead a team of Hospitality Leaders to deliver exceptional hospitality, effective sales techniques, and uphold restaurant policies and standards.
  • Utilize analytical tools and conduct restaurant visits to assess Customer Service performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in sales and operations.
  • Initiate and assess new programs and initiatives that enhance business performance and profitability, in consultation with the Operations team.
  • Proactively anticipate and address the needs of both employees and Guests.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance the Guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated management or leadership experience with a proven track record in developing and guiding teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various levels within the organization.
  • Excellent communication abilities to foster lasting relationships.
  • Capability to navigate challenging situations while maintaining positive Guest relations.
  • Commitment to enhancing the Guest experience through proactive service.
  • A personal vehicle is required for travel during the workday.

Work Environment:

The role will primarily be in restaurant settings, with potential evening and weekend hours. Travel will be required within the market area, with occasional trips outside the area for training or workshops.
