Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team at HAND & STONE MISSISSAUGA DIXIE. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services and providing exceptional customer experiences.

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 5 years or moreResponsibilities:
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact in emergency situations and provide timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor quality and production levels, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Order materials and supplies, and manage inventory levels.
  • Resolve work problems and improve productivity, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Supervise and schedule activities of workers, and provide training and development opportunities.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients/guests receive a high level of service.Supervision:
  • 5-10 individualsWork Conditions:
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Standing for extended periods, and lifting or moving equipment and supplies as needed.Personal Suitability:
