At Creative People, we are seeking a skilled Sr. Partnerships Manager to join our team in Canada.

About the Role

Wealthsimple is looking for a senior professional to lead their milestone rewards program and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will own the holistic partnership strategy and program, developing and executing plans to scale partnerships as a channel to deliver against the company's goals.

The successful candidate will drive business planning and development, revisit and renegotiate existing contracts, and lead business development efforts to identify and secure high-impact partners. They will also oversee co-marketing activities, negotiate contracts, and work with internal operations teams to track performance and success of partnerships.

This role reports into the Director of Integrated Marketing and will be the champion in evolving Wealthsimple's partnerships program, improving value as they scale.

About You

We are looking for someone with 4-7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and client management skills, with proven experience in negotiating and managing successful partnerships.

They should possess great taste and knowledge/network of cool brands, high business acumen to develop rewards that are both compelling to clients and financially attractive, and a collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
