About the Role

At Jobber, we're building a platform that enables businesses to connect with their users in innovative ways. Our Product Partnerships team is responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with industry-leading tech companies, developers, and smaller app partners.

We're seeking a talented Senior Partner Manager to drive growth and oversee the day-to-day management of our existing technology partners, including Quickbooks, Mailchimp, and Docusign. This role will play a critical part in shaping our partnerships strategy and executing plans to maximize value for both Jobber and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and user engagement
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, including regular communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into the Jobber product
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
