Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in a 12-month contract role. This is an exciting opportunity to lead revenue and profit growth initiatives for our small store retail channel, leveraging your expertise in sales strategy and customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue plans for customers in our small store channel, driving economic targets and profit margins.
- Create and manage investment processes for SS customers, analyzing ROI and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build business proposals and evaluate scenarios for customer opportunities.
- Analyze commercial, customer, and operations data to inform product portfolio optimization, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
- Lead industry and company trend analysis to provide insightful recommendations for business growth.
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue growth, or related field.
- Proven financial acumen, including P&L management and analysis.
- Nielsen experience and Power BI/data science skills are assets.
- Team management experience is an asset.
