Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Praguery Food Ltd. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available for production.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all baked goods produced.
- Customer Service: Work closely with sales and merchandising teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
