We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Praguery Food Ltd. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional products.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Plan and coordinate the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train bakery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all baked goods produced.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
