Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Saint Germain Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastry products according to recipes and special customer orders.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality products and efficient production processes.
- Inspect and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and food service area to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to promote and sell our baked goods.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- English language proficiency to communicate with customers and colleagues.
