Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Khaykery Bakery Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Operational Efficiency: Organize and maintain inventory, operate machinery, and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Ability to distinguish between colors, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
