Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Saint Germain Bakery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and production of our baked goods, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Recipe Development and Execution
Develop and implement new recipes for our baked goods, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.
Production Planning and ManagementPlan and manage the production schedule to ensure that all baked goods are prepared and delivered on time.
Quality Control and AssuranceConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Staff Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop our production team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality baked goods.
Inventory ManagementManage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate or diploma is required for this role.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
