- Special Orders: Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, and ensure timely delivery of custom orders.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary materials to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Train staff on production procedures and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Work Setting: Large volume bakery environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
