About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Praguery Food Ltd. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing a team of baking personnel, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Supervise the preparation of dough, batters, and icings for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, muffins, cookies, cakes, and pastries.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train a team of baking personnel, including hiring, dismissing, and overseeing their performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, including display and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
