Edmonton, Alberta, Canada CASA Mental Health Full time

CASA Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to fill the role of Lead Indigenous Services Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, youth, and families from diverse backgrounds.

The successful candidate will lead our First Nations, Métis and Inuit Services (FNMI) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Treatment Resources and Community Supports (FASTRACS) programs. You will be responsible for providing performance management, coaching, mentoring, clinical supervision, staff training, and quality improvement.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Indigenous Wellness Support Services team. You will work closely with this team to integrate Indigenous worldviews, cultural protocols, and wellness practices into care. Ensuring that staff use a holistic, trauma-informed, culturally appropriate approach to treatment planning is also a key aspect of this role.

You will maintain high-quality record management through CASA's electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with clinical policies and relevant legislation. Training staff on organizational values, admission, assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation will also be an important part of your responsibilities.

In addition to these duties, you will maintain partnerships, resolve patient and family complaints, and ensure staff adherence to safety protocols. Collaborating with leadership and teams to gather feedback, drive program improvements, and ensure data collection for evaluation will also be essential.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work (with psycho-social intervention designation), occupational therapy, or nursing. Current registration in good standing with a professional college identified under the Health Professions Act is also required.

A minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions is necessary. Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to vehicle are also requirements of the job. A satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Search is mandatory, as well as the ability to pass and maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification (training provided by CASA). The salary range for this position is $85,280 - $128,960 per year.
