Clinical Manager Position at CASA Mental Health

At CASA Mental Health, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our First Nations, Métis and Inuit Services (FNMI) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Treatment Resources and Community Supports (FASTRACS) programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work or nursing and a minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions. They will be registered with a professional college and have a valid Class 5 driver's license.

About the Role:

The Clinical Manager will lead the FNMI and FASTRACS programs by providing performance management, coaching, mentoring, clinical supervision, staff training and quality improvement. They will collaborate with the Indigenous Wellness Support Services team to integrate Indigenous worldviews, cultural protocols and wellness practices into care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FNMI and FASTRACS programs
  • Collaborate with the Indigenous Wellness Support Services team
  • Maintain high-quality record management through CASA's electronic medical record system
  • Train staff on organizational values and clinical documentation
  • Recognize Ownership, Control, Access and Possession (OCAP) principles when serving First Nation and Métis communities

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in clinical psychology, social work or nursing
  • Current registration in good standing with a professional college
  • A minimum of five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health and/or youth addictions

Salary Range: $85,280 - $128,960 per year

Location: CASA West (Hybrid)

Status: Permanent
