We are seeking an Executive Director, Indigenous Health Programming to lead our team in coordinating Indigenous consultation and engagement activities. As a strategic leader with systems-thinking approach, you will oversee all aspects of branch management and operation, ensuring effective information management and training capacity.

The ideal candidate will have significant senior leadership experience, demonstrated strengths in relationship development and collaboration with government stakeholders, Indigenous communities, and associations. A proficient communicator, you will provide sound advice to senior leadership and contribute to building partnerships that advance strategic initiatives.

Job Description

As the Executive Director, Indigenous Health Programming, you will report to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Indigenous Health. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with First Nations, Métis Settlements, and other Indigenous communities
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and organizations
  • Providing executive-level leadership and vision for the branch

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of strategic leadership and relationship development
  • Experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary

$132,652 - $174,329 annually (30 bi-weekly)
