Job Summary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with Indigenous communities to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to integrate Indigenous engagement strategies into broader business plans.
  • Provide direction in delivering value-added services to support business development, including data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in Indigenous relations and sustainability.
  • Represent the company in external forums, industry associations, and community events, promoting our commitment to sustainability and Indigenous engagement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in business development, specializing in partnership building and Indigenous relations.
  • Commercial and financial expertise is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and professional writing skills.
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time for business development and project engagements.
