Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Wendy's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Operations: Determine service offerings, implement operational procedures, and manage inventory to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Financial Management: Negotiate with suppliers, manage costs, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Technology: Utilize electronic cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and MS Office to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
