As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement budget plans to control food, ingredient, and supply costs
* Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
* Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
* Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
* Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
* Balance cash and complete financial reports
* Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
