Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Financial Management: Cost products and services, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Technology and Systems: Utilize electronic cash registers, MS Office, point of sale systems, and spreadsheets to manage daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
