About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure that our menu is appealing to our customers and that our costs are under control.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Staff Supervision

Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.

Inventory Management

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Willing to relocate and work 40 hours per week.
