Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments or team members.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented at all times.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or customer service position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
