At LGC Group, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and greeting visitors, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the assistance required.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Handling mail and correspondence, both physically and digitally.
  • Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Tackling front office issues and problems in a proactive and effective manner.
  • Managing office supplies and other resources as needed.

Support to Facilities Department:

  • Assisting the Facilities Leaders and Associates with various activities, tasks, and initiatives.
  • Participating in security-related projects and helping to implement new security measures.
  • Coordinating seating plan updates and adjustments as necessary.
  • Assisting with site-wide communications and notifications.

Support to Other Departments:

  • Performing a range of mini-projects and tasks assigned by the EHS, HR, and other departments.
  • Completing data entry and analysis tasks as needed.
  • Providing backup support to various roles within the company.
  • Assisting with meeting and event planning, including meals and presentations.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and other visual aids.
  • Working with dedicated software applications as required.

Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business setting.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
