Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at LGC Group.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and varied role, which will involve providing administrative support across the business. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office, including reception duties, answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with various departments, supporting projects and tasks as required. This may include data entry, analysis, and other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a problem-solver, able to think critically and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with projects and tasks as required
  • Support the Facilities Department with security-related tasks and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or a relevant field
  • 2-3 years experience in a business setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
