Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1152945 Ont Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor who has a strong background in food service operations and a proven track record of success in supervising and training staff. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
