Job Summary

PJN Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
