Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory and Supply Management
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Qualities
- Flexibility and ability to work well in a team environment.
