About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members who prepare and portion food.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
