About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1152945 Ont Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are adequate and that waste is minimized.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop food service staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
