Food Service Supervisor

AIMS HOLDINGS INC is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding work.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
