Food Service Supervisor

PJN Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Work effectively with staff, management, and customers to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, management, and customers.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with staff and management to achieve goals and objectives.
