Job Description

The Administrative Liaison for Resident Experience plays a vital role in providing a seamless transition for residents moving into our community at Red Oak Villa LP. This full-time, fixed-term contract position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00-$23.00 per hour, with 37.5 hours of work per week.

About the Role

This dynamic individual will be responsible for managing the move-in process, ensuring all required paperwork is completed, and coordinating resident assessments. They will also facilitate communication between residents, family members, and staff, promoting a smooth transition to their new home.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the move-in process, including reviewing the Move-In Packet and completing necessary paperwork
* Coordinate resident assessments with nursing supervisors, activity coordinators, and hospitality services managers
* Ensure completion of resident profiles in census tracking software
* Schedule resident agreement signings and provide welcome gifts to new residents
* Assist with maintaining prospect boards and updating PCC with leads, resident deposits, and residency agreements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centered focus. You will also require strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills, as well as proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Point Click Care (PCC).

Schedule
