I'm looking for a Director of Business Development to join me in navigating the complexities of a fast-scaling, post-PMF company.

You will report directly to me as CEO to take on a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, building impactful partnerships, and leading expansion strategies to solidify our position as a leader in healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Business Operations: Take charge of company-wide operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Scale for Growth: Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and teams to sustain rapid growth without faltering.
  • Oversee Expansion: Manage physical clinic buildouts and operational scaling with a focus on flawless execution and cost efficiency.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise partners, and other external stakeholders to secure deals that drive impact.
  • Cultivate Team Performance: Drive performance across the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.

Your Background

  • You have experience in consulting, banking, clinical operations, or business operations.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in healthcare (medicine/veterinary/dentistry/allied health), or with physical expansions of healthcare businesses.
  • You have exceptional EQ and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • You're a fast learner and thrive in ambiguity and high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and prioritizing effectively when everything demands attention.
  • You're not scared of rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds when necessary.
  • You deeply care about understanding and addressing customer needs.

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $160,000 to $250,000+.
