Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve financial targets.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH CONSISTENT SALES, MARKETING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EFFORTS.
- MANAGING OFFICE OPERATIONS IN KEEPING WITH ESTABLISHED GUIDELINES AND BUDGETS.
- ESTABLISHING AND REINFORCING PROCESSES TO ENSURE A QUALIFIED DATABASE OF CONSULTANT RESOURCES.
- UTILIZING SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS TO MAINTAIN AND GROW THE BUSINESS.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience required.
- 7 YEARS OF DEMONSTRATED MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.
- 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY.
- 3-5 YEARS IN FULL LIFE-CYCLE RECRUITMENT.
- IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF ONE IT VERTICAL.
- BUSINESS RESULTS ORIENTED.
- ANALYSIS AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.
- TTEAMWORK SKILLS.
- COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, holiday and vacation pay, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and much more.
