Employee Relations Specialist

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for employee relations?
In this role, you will be responsible for championing a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
You will independently manage ER/LR cases requiring specialized depth of expertise and knowledge of the Bank's Code of Conduct, HR policies, employment law, and assigned business lines/subsidiaries/countries.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide value-added advice and coaching on employment-related issues to employees, People Managers, and HR Business Partners, ensuring global consistency and alignment to established governing regulations, Bank policies, and processes.
You will conduct formal investigations into allegations of serious misconduct, both independently and/or in collaboration with the Employment Law Group and Corporate Security.
Additionally, you will lead employee interviews, write investigative reports, and present findings and recommendations to Senior Leadership to mitigate legal risk to the Bank.
You will work in collaboration with HR Business Partners in planning the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives and identify trends to contribute to the HR strategy.
Key qualifications include a post-secondary degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, 2-5 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources, proficiency in French, and CHRP or CHRL designation.
