Employee Relations Manager

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve employee relations cases in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employment-related issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to plan and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on employment law and labour law developments to ensure compliance.
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in French is required.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset.
- Expert knowledge of employment law and labour law.
