Industrial Sales Expert, Pressure Vessel Solutions

Sales StrategyYou will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for our division, including client engagement, market analysis, and the development of sales pipelines. This includes conducting market segmentation and identifying opportunities for tanks, vessels, autoclaves, and related mechanical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical advisor, translating client needs into actionable engineering and production requirements.
- Lead, train, and mentor sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Perform detailed estimation for pressure vessel projects, including analyzing specifications, drawings, and client requirements to develop accurate cost models.
- Calculate material, labor, and fabrication costs, ensuring estimates align with project goals, timelines, and profitability targets.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including pricing, technical documentation, and schedules, for client submissions.
- Conduct risk assessments and factor in contingencies to account for potential challenges in manufacturing or delivery.
Candidates must possess strong leadership and team-building experience, including managing internal and external sales teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, is also required.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide performance-based annual reviews and a bonus structure tied to company profitability. Our benefits package includes a basic plan fully covered by the company, offering health, vision, and dental services for both you and your eligible dependents.
