Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing innovative menu concepts that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences;
  • Leading a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and excellent food quality;
  • Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong relationships with vendors;
  • Conducting regular taste tests and quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish;
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, ordering supplies, and managing kitchen budgets;
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and company policies;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and culinary techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting;
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation;
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners;
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and resources efficiently;
