  3. Key responsibilities include:
  • Teaching and coaching Store Managers to achieve business goals and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Leading teams through effective performance management to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Attracting and hiring high-caliber talent to ensure timely replacements.
  • Building a bench of talent internally and externally to be ready for placement.
  • Analyzing the business to create and communicate clear action plans that optimize results.
  • Leading and driving quality and improvement in the region to deliver on all key performance indicators.
  • Managing profits and expenses and ensuring proper usage of company funds.
  • Directing and approving workforce management activities according to brand policies, labor and operational initiatives.
  • Managing operational execution and ensuring brand standards are met in accordance with Company direction.
  • Ensuring the protection of all company assets, and that policies and practices are being followed consistently.
  • Modeling the behaviors and being accountable for the store delivery of a consistent and brand-right patient and customer experience.
  • Providing on-the-job training and guidance to SMM's.
  • Creating an inspiring and inclusive work environment reflective of the brand.
  • Ensuring all Company-approved safety programs are implemented and maintained.
  • Works weekends and evenings in support of the business needs, taking responsibility for the optimal running of the store and ensuring goals are met.

Essential qualifications include a high school graduate or equivalent, 2+ years of multi-unit retail experience, 5+ years of management experience, a proven track record of delivering positive results and growth, and excellent business and financial acumen. A college degree or equivalent and previous experience in a leadership position within retail or customer service are preferred qualifications.
