Our team members are the driving force behind our success, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our In-Room Dining team as a Room Service Supervisor.

About the Role:

  • Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and coordinate delivery of orders according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Answer telephone calls using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette, obtaining all necessary information to process the guest's order.
  • Communicate guest orders, including any special needs or requests, to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
  • Coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks, record guest charges and gratuities.

About You:

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in Food and Beverage operations, ideally in Room Service or In-Room Dining.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A current Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule and Hours:

As our hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year, we require our service staff to be flexible in working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
