About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of in-room dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take guest in-room dining orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen
  • Coordinate delivery of orders according to Four Seasons standards
  • Answer telephone calls using courteous and efficient telephone etiquette
  • Describe menu items to guests, highlighting their origin, taste, and preparation methods
  • Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate delivery of items to the guestroom
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks and record guest charges and gratuities

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in Food and Beverage operations, preferably in-room dining
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse range of guests
  • A current Serving It Right Certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in Canada

Schedule and Hours:

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and require our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
