About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Service Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient in-room dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the preparation and delivery of in-room dining orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Communicate effectively with guests, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of orders.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Lead and motivate a team of Room Service Servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of success in Food and Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
