We are a family-owned and operated company with 21 years of experience in the trucking industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly motivated individual, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing future clients with information about our services via phone and email
  • Developing client relationships and building customer loyalty
  • Filing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records
  • Following up on leads on a weekly basis
  • Performing light cleaning duties for the opening shift

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $17-$19 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. You can expect to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • An understanding of the trucking industry (although not required)
  • A valid G Class Licence
