Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at OSTEOHEALTH osteopathy clinic inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the clinical team.
  • Plan and control budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Record and prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, emails, and resolving queries.
  • Analyze employee data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives.
  • Greet patients and visitors, directing them to relevant areas or staff members.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to high standards.
  • Evaluate new administrative procedures, recommending improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.

  • Ability to work 30-35 hours per week.
