Job Title: Educational Support Professional

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., education, child and youth care) an asset.
- Experience working with children and/or youth in a educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
