About the Job

This Admin Assistant role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and organized individual to grow their career in a dynamic company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, performing various tasks, and maintaining office operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including word processing, filing, and faxing duties
- Respond to phone inquiries and greet visitors
- Assist with various projects and tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies and materials

Requirements:
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use the internet for research
