Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Territory Manager to join our Airdrie District Office in Manitoba. This technical sales position offers an established client base within the heavy civil and commercial construction industry with market share growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Review contract drawings and conduct thorough interviews with clients to determine their forming needs.
  • Develop and demonstrate innovative solutions to meet customers' forming needs.
  • Develop operations and best value worksheets to validate that solutions deliver the lowest in-place concrete costs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation dates.
  • Close orders and follow up to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Desire to succeed and ability to overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
  • Track record of success and advancement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience is not required, but a track record of successful sales is a plus.
  • Engineering degree is a plus, but not required.
