Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated geographical territory, cultivating relationships with retail partners, and driving strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share of brand products.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop a comprehensive approach to drive increased sell-through and market share for each store within the designated territory.
- Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with retail partners and direct/indirect carrier stores to share knowledge and best practices through training and other strategic activities.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect and analyze data to provide insights and market intelligence, and to identify opportunities to drive sales and market share.
- Represent the Brand: Maintain a highly visible and consistent presence in designated carrier and retail stores within the assigned territory.
- Ensure Product Display: Ensure that product display in-store is consistent with planogram guidelines and that devices are functioning properly.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience preferred, with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
- Skills: Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledgeable about sales and market/territory data, and able to analyze and provide insights to drive sales and market share.
- Competitive Pay: Annual salary of $51,000.
