Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated geographical territory, cultivating relationships with retail partners and field leadership, and driving strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share of brand products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 50+ retail and carrier stores in a dedicated geographical territory
  • Cultivate relationships with retail partners and field leadership to collaborate on strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive approaches to drive sales and market share
  • Coordinate and lead training events, both face-to-face and virtually
  • Build relationships and interact with retail partners and direct/indirect carrier stores to share knowledge and build brand advocacy
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights and market intelligence
  • Maintain a highly visible and consistent presence in designated carrier and retail stores
  • Ensure product display in-store is consistent with planogram guidelines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ~5 – 8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience preferred
  • Strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless
  • Knowledgeable in analyzing sales and market/territory data
  • Proven experience managing and tracking performance against assigned directives and KPIs
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with retail partner store and district field leadership
  • Ability to coordinate and lead formal/informal training events
  • Ability to work directly with store management and store team members
  • Ability to prioritize store visits during optimal store-traffic periods
  • Ability to complete administrative, payroll, or other management responsibilities
