Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Ottawa / Toronto / Montreal
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Wirehead. As a key player in our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales pursuits within targeted accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business strategies and translate them into business solutions
- Own the sales management process from opportunity identification to contract closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with alliance partners
- Enhance business relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction
- Develop compelling proposals and lead expansion into new business
- Engage in relationship building and networking activities to develop additional sales opportunities
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of sales/recruiting experience in an agency environment or similar experience in sales
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
- Experience with Government procurement methods and supply arrangements
- Experience with the proposal process and RFS-RFP bid preparation
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and consultative selling success
